The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) plays a key role in shaping the academic and pastoral life of the school. They support teaching and learning across all phases, monitor student progress, and ensure curriculum quality and consistency.
Working closely with teachers and middle leaders, the SLT promotes innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement throughout the school.
The Middle Leadership Team (MLT) bridges leadership and classroom practice. They lead subject areas and year groups, supporting teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
The MLT focuses on curriculum planning, assessment, and student outcomes, ensuring that learning experiences are well-structured and responsive to students’ needs.
The Phase 1 Team supports our youngest learners during their early years of schooling. With a strong focus on care, play-based learning, and foundational skills, the team helps students develop confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

The Phase 2 Team builds on early learning by strengthening core academic skills and encouraging independence. The focus is on developing literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and positive learning habits.
