The Heads of Sections oversees the academic and pastoral progress of their years groups within the stage, ensuring quality of teaching, discipline, and effective parent communication.

B. Section Supervisors

Each educational stage is supported by a dedicated Academic Supervisor responsible for monitoring teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and classroom practices:

• Year 1: Supervised by an academic leader ensuring a smooth foundation stage transition and early learning support.
• Years 2–3: Supervised by an academic leader ensuring curriculum alignment and supporting academic development.
• Years 4–6: Guided by a supervisor focusing on student growth, discipline, and preparation for upper grades.

C. Social Workers

Social workers support students' emotional, behavioral, and social well-being, working closely with families and teachers to ensure a safe and supportive school environment.
