Sister Raphael has 20 years of experience in the educational sector. She is an active member of the Sharjah Principals Council under SPEA. Sister Raphael grew up in Jordan. She holds a master's degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Sharjah.

Sister Raphael started her career at Rosary School, Halwan and when the new branch (Rosary Muweilah) was opened, she was appointed as School Principal. With her hard work and dedication on yearly basis, she succeeded to expand the school from the Foundation stage to Year 13 Sister Raphael views a collaborative school environment as the key to creating successful teachers and students.

She believes partnerships with parents and community partners are essential to enriching the experience at Great Elementary.

She graduated high school from Rosary School, Jerusalem, and Bachelor in Education from the University of Bethlehem.

She holds a Diploma in Teaching and Administration from the University of Sharjah. Prior to joining Rosary School, Sharjah Sr. Christianne held teaching and administrative positions in Jerusalem, Jordan, Egypt and Abu Dhabi.
