Rosary School, Halwan, is committed to inclusive education, where every student receives the support needed to fully belong, feel valued, engage in learning, and experience success in a collaborative environment.

At Rosary School, we welcome students with diverse learning preferences, including students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as those who are gifted and talented. We are dedicated to positively impacting these students’ lives by ensuring they have access to high-quality education. With the necessary education plans, accommodations, curriculum modifications, and Learning Support Assistants, we strive to create a supportive learning environment. Our Student Support Centre is in place to cater to individual student needs.

Please provide details of any special educational needs, individual education plans (IEPs), or reports from Educational Psychologists, Pediatricians, or other specialists (e.g., Speech and Language or Occupational Therapy) if available. Sharing a student’s educational history with Rosary School before admission ensures we can adequately assess and prepare an appropriate support plan. Admission is not contingent on a medical diagnosis, and we have established transition processes to support all students.

We do not refuse admission solely based on a student’s experience with a special education need or disability (SEND), and we prioritize sibling admissions for students with SEN.

The following documents are required for admission:

For Grade 1 and above, the Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate from the previous school and the latest report card must be submitted with the appropriate attestation:

• For students coming from schools in the U.A.E.: The Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education of the respective Emirate.

• For students from outside the U.A.E., the following order of attestation is required for the Transfer Certificate and report card:

Student Registration

To register a student at Rosary School, Halwan, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit the link provided on the Rosary School website. Under ‘Admissions,’ select ‘Enrol Online’ or click the link directly if provided.

• Step 2: Select the Academic Year, Grade, and Term. The system will display the current admission status. If admissions are closed for the desired grade, you will not be able to continue.

• Step 3: Confirm the applicant’s background, passport, and visa details. Enter the primary contact details for the Father/Mother/Guardian.

• Step 4: Review the form for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments. Click “Proceed” to submit your enquiry.
